I use recycled boxes whenever possible.
I do my best to accurately pre-quote shipping for each item.
Each Item is individually wrapped in plain paper.
The amount of time it takes to safely and securely package each item as well as shipping supply costs does not generate any additional revenue.
We also strive to not over inflate item pricing in attempt to offer "free shipping".
Typical shipping terms for items are within 3 business days after payment is received. Should you need the item(s) sooner, I ask that you contact me either prior to purchasing or very shortly after. I will make every effort to accommodate, especially during the holiday season.
Returns
- Item's are carefully inspected and handled. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.   Contact me immediately if there is something wrong with your order.
I cannot accept new, opened returns that have been used.
Returns will be reviewed and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
I simply cannot be responsible for buyer remorse or a change of mind.
Approved returns require the return of everything in the original purchase package, in their original condition.
