[1] State Of Texas, clover leaf shape gilt brass and enamel construction with state seal in center, unmarked. Belonged to a retired doctor in the Dallas area who attended the University of Texas from 1914 to 1917 [fob dates from this period], served in the US Army during WW1, came back and went to medical school. [3] Insurance [?] advertising fob, gilt brass and enamel construction--GREAT WESTERN/INSURES YOUR TIME. Small rivet at bottom edge which originally held a sliding brass disc which covered a shallow recess on back--this recess would hold a paper tag with the owner's address, etc. Disc and strap are missing. Average age tarnish and some minor scratches to enamel.
[4] United States Steel Corporation, 25 Years Service, sterling silver fob with original black leather strap and black painted steel buckle. Original owner's initials engraved on lower reverse. Tarnished from age but will clean easily, no damage to fob or strap.
