Column 16 Aanteekeningen [Notes]:
Wordt geplaatst te Klaten, (regentschap Klaten, gouvernement Soerakarta) en belast met het beheer van de zoutverkoopplaats tevens zoutdoorvoer pakhuis aldaar.
It translates as:
Will be placed in Klaten, (Klaten Regency, Surakarta Governorate) and charged with the management of the salt sales place and also salt transit warehouse there.
Klaten is a city in central Java.

1915 / Bali en Lombok - Singaraja, Indonesia
There are multiple pieces of tape holding the document together at the seams on the inside.
The top left has an embossed stamp that says:
"een gulden vijftig cent zegel van ned indie" which means "1.50 gulden - seal of dutch indies"
The document establishes the appointment of Raden Soemarjo for the sale of opium in the region of Pidpid.
The second page of the document has 6 columns:
The first is the name of the person appointed.
The second has the salary of 25 guilders.
The fifth column has the work assigned which is the sale of opium
The last column has the location, which is Pidpid (located on the East of Bali).

3rd Document
1910 / Bali en Lombok - Singaraja, Indonesia
The document establishes that Raden Soemarjo is to
"be appointed to the staff of the opium management at the opium sales place no. 18
in Kajoean Pengaloe as temporary helper on a salary of f 15. (fifteen guilders)"
Singaradja in north Bali (Indonesia) was the main port for the Dutch opium trade.
It is the Capital of the province or regency of Buleleng (Boeleleng) in North Bali.
4th Document:
1915 / Bali en Lombok - Singaraja, Indonesia
The document establishes
"to temporarily entrust the functions of the sale of opium in Pidpid, subdivision Karangasem, during the leave of abscence of the titular holder to Raden Soemarjo"
5th Document
1919 / Bali en Lombok - Singaraja, Indonesia
The document says in Dutch:
Gedurende de afwezigheid met verlof van den titularis tijdelijk te belasten met de functien van mantri
voor den opiumverkoop te Pidpid, onderafdeeling Karangasem, afdeeling Bali
Raden Soemarjo, tijdelijk helper
Translation:
"During the absence, on leave of the titular, to temporarily charge with the functions of mantri
for the sale of opium in Pidpid, subdivision Karangasem, division Bali
Raden Soemarjo, temporary assistant"
6th Document:
1920 / Batavia (Jakarta, Indonesia)
The document establishes the appointment of a person called Raden Soemarjo for the sale of opium in the region of Batavia.
Batavia is now known as Jakarta in Indonesia.
